Abstract

Dear friends and colleagues,
It is an enormous pleasure to announce that the Brazilian and Argentinean chapters of the International Neuromodulation Society – INS are organizing the I Joint Meeting Brazil/Argentina on Neuromodulation & II International Joint Meeting on Stereotactic and Functional Neurosurgery, which will be held in Goiânia, Goiás, Brazil, on November 17–20, 2010, at Castro’s Park Hotel. Simultaneously, we will be celebrating the 35th anniversary of Instituto de Neurologia de Goiânia, undoubtedly one of the most important neurosurgical institutions of Latin America. The first version of the International Joint Meeting on Stereotactic and Functional Neurosurgery, held at Rio Quente Resorts, Goiás State, in May 2007, was a stupendous meeting, according to all its attendants, and we can assure you that this second version will also be.
