Abstract

We present the anatomic considerations that support an alternative surgical approach design for the surgical treatment of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS). The design of this technique maintains the concept of minimally invasive procedure and, at the same time, the concept of not requiring the use of endoscope. We present the results obtained in the latest 100 cases.
