Abstract

As this year 2007 comes to a close, I have the enormous pleasure of sharing these lines with you, announcing with deep emotion the fulfillment of our primary objective; having ensured the periodicity of Neurotarget throughout the past year. The formidable work carried out and the consequent satisfactions that the field of Functional Neurosurgery, Stereotaxy and Radiosurgery has brought us have been evident in the multiple and rich academic activities developed during this period, which we have tried to reproduce with the greatest fidelity possible through the publication of special issues in which we have reflected different and outstanding events developed throughout Latin America.
