Disabling bilateral lumbosciatica due to butterfly-shaped bilateral lumbar synovial cyst: a case report

We present the first case reported in literature of dual synovial cyst in butterfly, kiss, or mirror shape, at L3-L4 level with bilateral dural and radicular compression and functional disability due to severe pain of three months of evolution.
