Resumen

La Neurotomía periférica selectiva es una técnica sencilla que, en manos entrenadas, constituye una valiosa herramienta en el tratamiento quirúrgico funcional de la espasticidad refractaria en general y de la del miembro superior distal, altamente funcional y por ende gravemente discapacitante.
